All artwork must be carefully reviewed by the client before production. We strongly encourage clients to check all details, including spelling, branding, contact information, layout, and design accuracy.

•  

• Clients must approve all artwork in writing via email. Any requested changes or final approvals must be clearly documented and confirmed.

• If this email includes a quote, please note that quotes are valid for 7 business days from the date issued.

• Once artwork is approved in writing, Real Estate Agent Store is not responsible for any mistakes or errors found post-approval. No reprints or refunds will be issued for client-approved files.

 

2. Supplying Your Own Artwork

If clients choose to supply their artwork for printing, files must meet the following requirements:

• Correct file size: Artwork must be designed to the exact dimensions required for the final product. We do not review or make edits to client-supplied artwork. Files will be printed exactly as received.

• Colour format: All artwork must be submitted in CMYK colour mode. Files in RGB may print with colour shifts and will not be adjusted.

• File format: Artwork must be sent via email in PDF format, and must include:

  • One file with crop and bleed marks

  • One file without crop and bleed marks

• Responsibility: All colours, fonts, logos, and branding are the sole responsibility of the client. Real Estate Agent Store is not liable for any production issues arising from incorrect file formatting or colour discrepancies.

 

3. Responsibility of Compliance

• It is the client's responsibility to ensure all marketing materials and branding adhere to the compliance requirements of their specific real estate brokerage or regulatory body.

• Real Estate Agent Store does not verify brokerage compliance and assumes no responsibility for violations.

4. Payment Terms

• All completed work must be paid for in full prior to delivery or pickup.

• Orders will not be released, shipped, or printed until full payment has been received and written artwork approval is on file.

 

5. Retail Purchases

• All retail purchases in-store and online are FINAL.

• No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for any purchases made through www.realtorstore.ca/shop or in-store. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Signage (e.g., For Sale signs, sandwich boards, riders)

• Banners

• Custom print materials (e.g., feature sheets, postcards, flyers)

• Promotional items

• Digital downloads
   

All sales are final. Please ensure your order details and artwork are correct before confirming your purchase.

6. Errors and Reprints

• If an error occurs on our part that is not included in the client-approved artwork, we will review and resolve it on a case-by-case basis.

• However, once the client has approved artwork, we are not responsible for any errors, and no reprints or refunds will be issued.
   

7. Order Submission & Pick-Up

• Order Deadline: All orders must be submitted by 12:00 PM for next-day pick-up consideration.
  ➤ Please note: Not all orders are guaranteed for next-day pick-up. Please confirm timelines with the Real Estate Agent Store team.

• Pick-Up Confirmation: All pick-ups are confirmed via email. Please wait for your email confirmation before arriving to pick up your order.

• Pick-Up Window: Once you’ve been notified that your order is ready, it must be picked up within 7 days. After 7 days, we are not responsible for any damages or loss to your printed materials.
